We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide further information about our property management services. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
How Your Information Is Stored
Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form service that may store data on servers located outside South Africa. Submissions are delivered to our inbox at info@erga.co.za.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share it with advertisers or marketing networks. Your information is only accessed by authorised Erga Properties personnel for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
